Our weekly personal training service includes a 60-minute one-on-one coaching session each week, along with fully personalised programming written specifically for you. Whether you’re brand new to strength training or looking to train at a higher level, you’ll be supported by an experienced coach who knows your goals, understands your needs, and is invested in your progress.
For beginners, personal training provides a calm, supportive entry point into strength training. Your coach will guide you through correct technique, training structure, and how to navigate the gym independently at a pace that feels comfortable, while building confidence and consistency along the way. If you’re feeling nervous, unsure where to start, or know you need accountability to show up week after week, weekly personal training removes the guesswork and instead provides clarity, support, and a clear path forward.
For experienced lifters, personal training at The Strength Fortress is a premium coaching experience. You’ll be mentored closely by an elite powerlifting coach, with programming tailored to your goals, training history, and competition timeline if relevant. While you complete the majority of your sessions independently, your weekly one-on-one is a deep technical and educational session. With one-on-one time with your coach, you can more efficiently and meticulously refine your technique and optimise your training system.
