What is the Team Champs?

The Team Championships is an annual powerlifting competition hosted at The Strength Fortress.

Unlike traditional powerlifting events, which focus on individual performance, the Team Championships introduces a team-based format where collective results determine the outcome. Each team is comprised of four lifters and one coach, working together toward a shared goal.

Lifters compete within their respective weight classes, earning points based on their final placings. These points are combined to form an overall team score, emphasising both individual performance and team strategy.

At the conclusion of the competition, the team with the highest total points is crowned the Team Championships winner.
