We, The Strength Fortress, acknowledge the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation as the traditional custodians of the land on which we operate. We acknowledge that the Wurundjeri People hold knowledge and experience of strength, fitness, sport and contest that extends back thousands of years. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders as the first people of Australia. They have never ceded sovereignty, and remain strong in their enduring connection to land and culture.
